Response within 48 hours (Basic), same day (Standard) or 4–6 hours (Premium).
We service vending machines in NL, Belgium, Germany, France, England, Italy and Spain.
Every new contract starts with a thorough inspection (€149, one-off) to establish the machine's condition.
Premium clients receive a monthly report with maintenance history, parts replaced and recommendations.
Service contracts
We offer three service contract tiers, available for all major vending machine brands. Prices are per machine per month, excluding VAT.

⚠️ User error (uncleaned machine, wrong products): always €95 + labour, not included in contract. Mandatory initial inspection: €149 (one-off). Volume discounts: 10% (3–5 machines), 15% (6–10), 20% (11+). Annual contract: additional 5% discount.
Call-out rate (no contract): €44 per 30 minutes, no call-out fee.

We carry a wide range of spare parts for all major brands. Premium contracts include parts up to €100 per visit.

For connected machines we can diagnose many issues remotely before dispatching a technician.
Standard and Premium contracts include annual training for your staff on basic machine operation and cleaning.
